Same as title, everything works nicely.
GPS signal, remote controller, apps, but the live view from camera doesn't show at all.
I have updated all the firmware including the drone and the remote controller, but I still not able to receive any live view from my Phantom 4 Pro.
I am using iOS newest app DJI Go 4 and an iPad Air.
Please help if got any solutions, thanks.

One more : My S7 edge worked properly on Camera Live View.

Mine is working fine with an Ipad Air 2.

if you have the HDMI modul installed - look at the settings !

Have you tried to change another original lightning cable to connect your iPad to RC? Could you please provide a screenshot of the transmission?

Don't forget this is a 3 year old iPad I think they were released in November 2013 it may not have enough processing power, Its got the old m7 processor in it, this device has recently been replaced by the 9.7 inch iPad Pro. So as you say that your s7 edge works well, so that telling me that your iPad device is not powerful enough, or cable issue as dji Mindy stated.

Hi Mindy, HELP! My Live View goes in and out all of the time. the screen turns black sometimes and green other times. Updated Firmware, iPad mini 3, iOS 10.3.2. tried a new cord. Suggestions?

If you have access to a Mini 4, try that. The Mini 3 is much less powerful than the Mini 4, and is likely not powerful enough to use with the P4P and DJI Go 4.

Thanks for your suggestion. I don't have access to the iPad mini 4... unless I purchase one. (I'd purchase the min i4  if I knew "for sure" that it would work).   What about my iPhone 6+? I have the same problems on it as well.

Is somebody can tell me if it's possible to zoom and how with camera of the Phantom 4 pro plus? Thnaks in advance. :-)

The 6+ should not give you trouble, based on what other users have said in the forums. I only have experience with the Mini 3, Mini 4, and various Android devices,  and I can tell you the Mini 4 experience is far better than the Mini 3. It's virtually error free.

Try the 6S+ and see if the feed improves. If you've already tried different lightning cables, try toggling the hardware decoding option to see if that helps as well. You would also want to check your antenna configuration as well to ensure you're getting the best signal while in flight:


If the issue persists, can you verify which Go app version you're running?

It does not have a digital zoom option.
