Hello guys.

I am a bit surprise that I never got my "follow me" or "swtich Home point to: me" features to work today. The app kept saying that I had a weak GPS signal. Now this is an Iphone 6s with perfect LTE signal and Wifi enabled.
To troubleshoot it I opened other GPS-based apps and found no problem at all. They were able to locate my position almost instantly (I was in an open area with clear blue skies).
I thought it could be the controller's arms causing it, so I ensured to connect my phone to the controller outside of its clamps, and still no luck.
Everything else seems to be working fine, but I was never able to figure out what was going on.

Any idea what might be wrong?

Hello have you tried to change another mobile device to test?
Just wants to rule out if it's the device issue or not.

Thanks for the response. What I just did was to try another cable. Turns out that it worked fine when using the usb type A at the bottom. It does not work when using the cable provided by DJI with the controller.

Can I get a new cable from you guys?

Did you get a PM from DJI about your request for a new cable.
I have exactly the same problem but have silence from DJI support

So you guys tried a new cable and problem was solved? Because I was losing signal and was getting the No Image Transmission signal
