just out of curosity i turned on p3 battery pliged in to charger leds blink 1-2-3-4 over and over,
does anyone know what the battery is doing?  ballancing cells maybe?

That means the battery is charging.

Do you mean, 1 bar- 2 bar- 3 bar - 4 bar  back down to 1- bar. Thats charging.
Or
Do you mean all four bars flashing at the same time?
Have you let the batteries cool down before trying to charge?

battery was full charged 12hrs ago. turned battery on and pluged in to charger
1 bar- 2 bar- 3 bar - 4 bar, all off  1 bar- 2 bar- 3 bar - 4 bar, all off  1 bar- 2 bar- 3 bar - 4 bar, all off

did this for 10min now all is off just wondering

These intelligent batteries do self discharge so as not to store fully charged batteries.
In the Go App you can change the time that a battery will start to discharge.
It sounds to me that the batteries have self discharged a little bit in 12 hours and are getting charged back up to full.
This will start to add up to a complete battery cycle count if you keep doing this.
Why fully charge and then plug back into the charger tho? Are you just topping them up to fly??

i decided not to fly one more time last night, the battery was up to 4th led blinking when i un pluged.
this morning i knew the batt was not fully clarged so i put on charger and nothing happend,
so i un pluged batt and turned on battery [doubble push] and pluged into charger and got
1 bar- 2 bar- 3 bar - 4 bar, all off  1 bar- 2 bar- 3 bar - 4 bar, all off ,
was'nt acting like when charging,

When batteries are fully charged,all lights go out.
So you un-plugged the battery before fully charged(lights on the battery) then plugged back on the charger.It started to charge as it should.
Always fully charge a Battery from start to finish.

When you prematurely removed the charger the night before, you interrupted the balancing process.  The battery charges and then it balances the cells afterward.  That's why it seems to "hang" when it gets to the 4th level.

When you charge, let it finish.  It will shut down when it is done.

Are you putting it away for the next 5years?5months?5 weeks? Or just not using it for the next 5days.
In the Go App you can set after what time you want the batteries to self discharge. They will discharge naturally over a period of time.
I would fully charge, then store.
You need to forget about part charging these batteries.
These batteries are multi celled batteries. Each cell will get balanced(same voltage) charged at the end of the charging cycle.
This is very important to the health an longevity of your batteries.
Part charging will not be balancing each cell as the balancing fase happens at the end of the chaging cycle.

8 batteries, could be weeks or even months WINTER TIME!
So your advice is charge all to full and put away...

Some would say charge them fully, then discharge.
I would charge them fully and let them discharge by themselves slowly.
People will have different views on this, Im sure.  

Does anyone know what it means when the lights flash a couple of times then completely go off? Its like it starts charging then stops and restarts charging. Its only been charged 5 times before so its nearly new.

Not as good as fully charging it and letting it run down again.
