I've had the same issue. Condensation build up while doing the firmware update in my room temperature lounge. Have flown it twice on bright sunny days in the less than two months I've owned it and have had to land it both times do to the condensation build up on the lens. Finally sent it in to DJI for repair and they said there was condensation in the body of the drone -- they consider it water damage and not under warranty so now they are wanting to charge me 800 EUR to fix it even though I received it straight out of the box in that condition. They said they can't help me cause they can't verify that I didn't cause it. Who has 800 EUR to repair an 1100 drone 2 months after purchase when its been flown in the sun. Now I question whether it's even a reliable product?? Do I fix it and if I did who's to say it wouldn't happen again and I've payed double the price for a lemon all along. I'm just sick about the whole thing. Total buyers remorse. So disheartening.
sorry for my late replay.
wasn't here for a long time.
sorry that you payed another drone.
whasnt necessary.
they always say to retune it,
an do nothing.
if the camera is en humid ambient,
this goes into the camera.
and when you take off,
the camera goes very hot,
and the humidity condens on the could front glass inside.
flying some minutes it will go away,
when the glass have the same temperature.
but in every new flight it will come back.
so you need to dry it
some days in the sun,
and after,
always store it with drying gel.
for me it worked.
