I have a phantom 2 vision I have used like 4 times... I was about to go for a trip for the first bloody time I could really use the thing, and the charge seems to be completely dead... It is just junk?  Sure seems like it.  CRAP.

by 'the thing' do you mean the phantom battery itself?  if the charge want to absolutely zero then yes, it cannot be recharged from a fully depleted state.  otherwise, unless you have a defective battery, it should last way more than 4 flights.  perhaps more details about the problem and the circumstances around it (how long it was since you used it last, how you stored it and in what charge state/level, etc) could help others on here give advice.

Also note that you need to switch on your battery to take a charge if your battery still has more than 75% charge left.  
Instead of profanity could you be a bit more specific on what your problem is?
