Pic looks really good to me! Nice shot! Here are some tips to get it perfect:
1. Turn the exposure all the way up for night flights. I didn't even need to shoot long exposure to get it with the exposure up.
2. Turn off the front LED lights. You can turn them off manually in the DJI Go app.

Still looks good. You will get some blur in the water when there is movement. I am guessing that it may have been a bit windy?
