I have received a Osmo Mobile for Christmas. I have tried everything to connect with bluetooth. I have watched videos, followed all instructions. Been on Forum. Tried a different phone. I have a Samsung s7 edge, tried a iPhone 6. No success. Took to Best Buy. The Geek squad told me they see the product. The gentleman helping me is a commercial pilot for drones. He told me that the bluetooth isnt working. Need to contact Dji about a replacement. I have tried other methods to contact to get a replacement. Please help if you can. Thank you. |
