Last week I lost control of my Mavic and crashed into a tree. I contacted support and asked how I could go about using my Mavic refresh.
They said that I could wait for them to send me a return label or send it myself. I chose to send it in myself last Thursday and it arrived at their
Australian facility in VIC. I got confirmation that it was delivered with a signature on arrival, but my case number still hasn't updated. It still says
"to be received"
Just curious If anyone knows what the turn around time is. I'm travelling to the USA for a holiday on the 21st and really wanted to bring my drone with me.
How likely is it to be repaired by then?
