have a new never flown P3S I want to replace the sd card. The card wont pop up.
I tried to get help and was sent to this place https://repair.dji.com/en/SelfRepair/Area
But there is no way to get there from any device that I have tired.
Any help would be good.

did you push it in slightly to get it to release?

Push in with your fingernail slightly and remove quckly.  It should pop out a slight bit to be able to use fingernails to pinch it and pull out

Yes I did that. It did not pop up.

When I received mine a few days ago, the 8GB one included did not pop up like they normally do.  I pushed it in a little and just enough popped out to grab it with a pair of tweezers to pull out.  Don't pull too hard though, make sure it's released from the catch.  The 32Gb card I replaced it with pops in and out like it's supposed to.

Thanks Damon Your advice worked like a charm.
Also the sd card now pops in and out as it should.
