I am trying to log into the DJI assitant program to update my firmware and it is not working. I can log into the product webpage without issue, I have created a new account and had the same problem. I have also tried it on a mac and I have tried using assistant 1.08. I am out of ideas. Why can I not log in and is there another way to update my firmware on the phantom 4? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

DJI  advise that their server is down. Odd that you can still log into their store, but that's the advice.

thanks for getting back to me so quickly. Where can I see server updates and is there another way to install latest firmware?

I have been having the same issue for the last 6 hours at least.
I created a new account too to no avail.
Very frustrating as trying to update the firmware on my new Phantom 4.

See this thread. It would appear people used v1.07 of DJI assistant and it solved the same issue we're having...

Thanks. I used a tablet connected directly via USB to the drone and the go App and I was able to update the firmware.

Servers have been down since yesterday.  Very frustrating...still waiting.

How do we check the status of the server ?

Don't believe there's an indication online. Only way I know is simply to try to log-in from Assistant 2.
