When trying to format my SD card I get the notice "NO SD Card". As a note this is the same SD card I have been using since buying my P4 in Aug 2016. Changed SD cards and get the same notice. I think this has a direct problem with the "Gimbal Dissconected" error notice with the "Air encorder error (0x00020). Uploaded DJI go 4 and have tried both that app and DJI Go. Also changed from my iPad mini 2 to my iPad same notice. I did manage to move the camera for an instant with the iPad but with a black screen.
Information on SD cards:
SanDisk Extreme 16GB U3 Micro SD HC I
SanDisk Extreme 32GB U3 Micro SD HC I
I have succesfully uploaded DJI Assitant 2 ver 1.0.9 but when trying to refresh my firmware I get a good download but then when I try to refresh firmware V01.02.0602 Update Failed. I have my FLY122.DAT Log but can't open because I don't know what app to download to see the error log.
May I know it crashed or hard landing before?
If no improvement after upgrading and restarting it for several times, it needs to be send it for evaluation.

No hard landing or crashes. Gimbal will calibrate. Have reformatted SD card via my PC. Will try that before I submit a repair request. thanks

The 'air encoder error' suggests a problem with the video sub-system, that would explain why the SD card is not recognised. The problem is most likely with the firmware in the aircraft. The log is simply text, so if you make a copy of it, and change the file extension to .txt it should open easily.
