I've done my first flight today and I've noticed that I loose the video signal at 300 meters away, I've also noticed gimbal vibration twice in the air is that the gimbal trying to calibrate him self? I'll link a video of the place I'm flying in, I'm I loosing the signal so fast because I'm surrounded by trees?

Video link is via wireless, not sure what the frequeny is but one think I know for sure is that at VHF/UHF/Microwave frequencies reception falters big time when the transmitter & reciever are not line of sight, I expect the same will be true if you fly your drone over the brow of even a nearby hill, communication with your controller will probably be lost, that why its vital to have your RTH accurately located before you take off.

Hey, I noticed that at the beginning of the video your antenna is pointing directly to the drone. That is bad.

With the Phantom directly overhead, the antennas should have been completely horizontal for the best signal.
The major key with the antennas - DO NOT POINT THEM AT YOUR Phantom!

First look in the manual at page 40. Its about the antenna.

Second open your go4 app then in settings chose HD (Image Transmission Settings).

it could be two things.

Knowing his video settings or post production. (proberly both)

Just try things out and search on YouTube, there are a lot of tutorials how to get a good shoot.
