Hi , i have resorted to posting on this forum as DJI customer care are not responding  to my email

I sent My Dji mavic in for a repair quote
As i damged the flat ribon cable

I a quote of some 600 au to repair , as i have the dji refresh i wish to use it ,

I have sent Dji some 7 emails asking to use my Dji refresh , but am geting no response,  

This is very poor customer service

My case number is  CAS-389299-N6H8K0 have been in comuncation with Alice Liu

Did you answer email with the quote, and give them the go ahead to repair, how long have they had your drone.

Hi they gave me the option to use my DJI refresh , however i need to contact DJI customer service


This is what i did have sent them some 10 email now asking to go a head with repairs / replacement  under my DJI refresh

However have not go a response  

What time frame span did you send those emails, if they were all the same day then it could take a day or two to reply to your email.

Ok all I can tell you once you agree and your care refresh is sorted you will find it will be shipped in a couple of days .

That's not to bad , if you get it back in the next 9 days , I would call that an excellent service..

Yes they have now got in touch from when you escalated my case
