Hi, please anyone help me, when i shoot video at 2.7k with my ph3 st.and after i downloaded that video on my Samsung galaxy s6 or galaxy a5 2016 i can not watch that video on my phone. I try lots of apps like vlc player and others app.
When I shoot at 1920x1280 everything its ok but 2.7 struggle and blocks every second or two playing

samsung galaxy s6s have a display rate of 1440p not 2.7k. i have an s6 myself, thats the reason you cant play 2.7k video

Many items will not play 2.7k ....

2.7K videos and up do not play on most mobile devices. These resolutions do better on computers.

My Moto X pure didn't like the .Mov QuickTime format on the videos either. I changed to .Mp4  My PC does mp4's better too. No offence to Apple.

my s5 plays them and my tab4 and s7

i use vlc and vave the vid set to mov on the rec on the drone

There is nothing surprising about this, the MOV format is there for use by Apple devices, while the MP4 formate is for all others.
