Generally within Europe that requires DJI to provide you with an invoice showing their VAT number for the same country that you are trying to reclaim in.
To the best of my knowledge DJI are unable to do that...
When I purchase from other EU companies as a VAT registered business often their websites will allow you to enter your VAT number which then under EU rules allows you to claim back/pay ex-VAT. Sadly, I haven't seen that DJI's website allows you to do this so the only way would be to approach them.
My guess is their website is set up for B2C transactions rather than B2B.

When you have a business it is best to buy from local retailers including VAT mentioning. Otherwise you can't get a tax refund.
Provided delivery times are not in the excess of 5 months. lol
I honestly do not care about the refund of taxes but have a hand in a detailed document that justifies the release of money. At least let me enter the company name (and my VAT) rather than name and surname
And possibly also two data of the DJI (street, city, etc.)
