PURCHASEDIN DECEMBER - PHANTOM 4 PRO+ ON LINE ALONG WITH EXTRA BATTERY/NEUTRAL DENSITY FILTERS & EXTRA PROPS. PHANTOM WAS SHIPPED W/O OTHER ITEMS 3RD OF JAN.. WAS NOTIFIED ADDITIONAL ITEMS WOULD FOLLOW  SHORTLY. I HAVE CONTACTED THE CHAT BOARD 4 TIMES AND EACH TIME RECIEVE THE SAME ANSWER THAT THEY ARE ESCALATING MY CONCERN.  TWICE ADVISED THE FOLLOWING DAY II WOULD RECIEVE SHIPMENT NOTICE. THIS HAS CONTINUED FOR 3 WEEKS.  WHO DO I NEED TO CONTACT TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. I ORDERED AN ADDITIONAL BATTERY TWO WEEKS AGO AND RECEIVED IT IN 1 WEEK. ORIGINAL ORDER 0019857712170

4 DIFFERENT CHAT CONFERENCES - 3 RD DIFFERENT FORUM POST - STARTING TO HAVE REAL DOUBTS ABOUT WHICH DRONE I SHOULD HAVE PURCHASED AND THE SERVICE I MIGHT RECIEVE IF I HAVE MECHANICAL TROUBLES.

I too have the same exact problem.
I ordered man on the 28th of November.
My order number is 0017789596270.

I received the phantom but I am yet to receive the extra batteries and lens filters.
I have sent 4 emails and never get a reply.   I'm now mad as heck.  
Please ship immediately.

I'm also awaiting for information on my end, but I am also at the mercy of the drastic difference in time zones for receiving a response. I understand that this feels nerve racking. Please allow a little more time in order for this to be addressed.
