Anyone tried this phone with Mavic controller, any idea why it is not working? Thanks

Yes registered and no error message, just not working with this new phone, the app showing not connected after plugged in. No problem when I using iPhone or Sony tablet.

I hope it can work on this new phone as I wanna to sell my old iPhone

Have you tried to change another USB cable to connect your phone to the controller?
Were you using the the micro USB port or the normal USB port?

Since Samsung C9 Pro is not in our device recommended list, it might be incompatible with DJI GO app.

Samsung galaxy c9 pro is type c connection which is not support with phantom series.

C9 pro works with dji inspire series

Sorry just saw you massage, yes connect C9Pro with powered on RC first then reboot C9Pro but have to do so again every time.
