hi

i have phantom 3 shooting 4K,
i have Xeon e# with Quadro K600
8 GB RAM
Premiere pro cc and Media Encoder cc

i cant edit 4K smoothly so i need to set a proxy

what are the best encoder profile setting to use?

im using 720x480. GoPro cineform codec

the proxy is working smooth but the weight is about 70% of the original

it there a way to Improve  it?

Experiment and use what works best for you. It has no effect in the final export. Cineform has great compression to quality ratio but may be not the best for performance. Make sure you are using the CUDA driver for your video card to offload some of the processing.
