After various test with diferents devices , i really think DJI GO v 3.1.2 have a issue fixing the user position.
Please fly with care and check this video.
In the video show the process to open DJI 3.1.1 open the APP and see the position is correct, after uninstall it and install 3.1.2 the app show a fake position, very very far from real position.

Mine DJI Go 3.1.2 starts form deafult position Berlin Germany, starts to load map of Berlin, and then goes to almost (more than 1 km error) position (I'm not in Germany). I also confirm, than downgrade to 3.1.1 corrects this problem.

Starting in Berlin is not a problem.
Berlin is the strat position for Here Maps when there is no GPS position info.
When you have GPS location data, it will show your position.

Which position is this showing?
Is it the position that your Phantom is providing or is it the location from your phone?
I'd also be concerned about this:

I´m using 3.0.0, I had problens with the other ( 3.0.1, 3.1..... )

Its not just you... I think everyone who has android and 3.1.2 that auto updated has issues. I noticed on take off it suddenly said distance to controller was 1.4km away when the drone was directly above us. I tried on another android unit and the same thing... then on my phone which has auto app updates off and was running 3.1.1... exactly the same offset in distance/bearing was the reported controller position. I have seen a guy who's landed in a river because of this. I was also unable to successfully update the home location via gps in the new app 99.9% of the time and was unable to change it to return to home or return to controller... it was defaulting to return to controller in the false location.

Me too, and "follow me" won't work

I just rolled back to 3.1.1 and it's showing my correct location now.

I emailed DJI NL Technical support in regards to this.

They have requested I email dev@dji.com , which I have done

if you experience the same fake location can i ask you send them an email please?
