I have spent hours..CORRECTION... DAYS ...Trying to get this Phantom 4 Pro + (plus )up and running.

I can't get through the wi-fi set up because it will not acknowledge my account with X-Finity.
I have tried it 25 or 30 times. But nothiNG.
It wont't ackknoleged I have an account.

I have put in my Comcast user name, my password, the last four of my Social Security Number,
my cell number.
AND NOTHING!

I sure would like to get this Chinese thing flying.


Has anyone else had this problem?

just go with DJI GO 4 app and the account on DJI. it will take a while to upgrade the drone firmware. keep the sin number away

The 4Pro+ has its own controller.

Sirrod, just to verify, you cannot get it activated successfully, right?
What is the error message on the APP? can you please post a picture here? we'll try our best to help you make it work.

  Where does it ask for your Comcast info?  Do you have a Dji go sign in set up?
