Hi, dunno if I'm missing something, or if I'm just plain daft.
I can't change the frame rate or resolution of my P4. It's currently recording in UHD / 25.

Can someone please point out the obvious to me?

You need to have display device, RC and aircraft all powered up and connected. On the right hand side of the screen just above the 'shutter button' there is an icon of a camera with a couple of arrows rotating round it. Pushing this toggles between photo/video mode. Once selected, tap on the icon below the 'shutter button' and that take you into the settings pop-up.

Good god I'm such a noob.
I can't tell you the time I've spent looking but glossed over that every single time thinking "nah, that's just for the still camera"
