Why DJI GO ask users to "enable multiple flight modes" ?
If users don't want, just don't move switch 1.
Or I miss something ?

You can move the switch but if you have not enabled multiple flight modes in the app, it won't do anything.

Perhaps to prevent accidental switches, for example, Attitude Mode can be quite dangerous in inexperienced hands.
