I have a phantom 3 pro controller that will not connect to iPhone or aircraft.

The very low chance I can get it to communicate with iPhone it asks for a update. Update downloads but flash fails.

Any advice. Factory reset option?

I was told may be the USB board on back but tried a new one. Same issue.

Also when I try and re link it to aircraft I do not get the blue light nor do I here the standard beeping
