Hi Folks,
I have my Inspire 2 Super Combo. I don't have many of the accesories which I need to do real work with it.
I have three (3) orders outstanding with DJI. Today I get a message from DJI telling me that my order will "likey ship in March". Their message does not state which order is delayed.
If you look at all the items on my order TODAY, the web site says that the longest lead items is 20 days. GIVE ME A BREAK! Can't you just be honest in the first place and tell us the real lead times.
Here are my orders and the dates that DJI received them.
0019228246790 2016-12-29 22:15:03 (UTC) I have received the batteries from this order. two other items are outstanding. Credit card charged for full order.
0014668320229 2017-01-06 22:00:24 (UTC) Credit card charged $1,429, received $30 worth of props, no date for the remaining item.
0012806161493 2017-01-20 09:27:20 (UTC) Nothing has shipped
PLEASE put honest lead times on your web site.
Oh and by the way they asked me if I would like to cancel my order after I have already spent more than $8,500 Canadian for the Combo with them. I also own an Inspire 1 Raw. and everthing to go with it.
All I am asking is that you be honest with us. Treat your loyal customers with care. REAL CARE!
