Hope everyone is doing well,

I would assume most of us that have bought and paid for a Inspire 2 or Mavic are not, if your waiting for your product deleviery still after weeks of the date showed at the time you purchased it onine. . I purchased at the DJI online Store a DJI Inspire 2 last week at the time of purchase it showed (1 to 3 days shipping) once the payment was cleared. The day after the purchase the payment cleared and it has set in that status now for 10 days before I attempted to contact DJI joke chat support.

After 3 hours plus on hold in chat I finally got someone whom after 20 minutes came back and said the unit will ship sometimes around March 25 or later. I told them Oh hell know. That was not what the online system said at the time of purchase and two cancel the order of course the support person said I have sent it up the chain and they will send you an email once canceled. Well that has been 3 days now and nothing. I have been reading a lot of this with the inspire 2 and Mavic units.

First and fore most the online store was "a setup " they knew they could not ship as promised and now they are using all the payments to front their cost on pruducts which they dont have in stock to delivered as promised. This type of practice is illegal to say the least. If you have had the same issues and are in the same boat please post . I think it is time for support to step up and add "a refund button to the online store" to allow us to choice a refund if we don't want or can't wait months to recieve the products we have purchased. Also if you have DJI care I am hearing it is a waste of money it covers 2 replacement in 12 months , but if it takes them 8 months to make good on one claim you have lost flight time and coverage time, this is a flat ripe off in my book. I am really at a point from seeing how many people are in this same boat, that it maybe time to look into a class action lawsuite.

Hi Folks,

I have my Inspire 2 Super Combo.  I don't have many of the accesories which I need to do real work with it.

I have three (3) orders outstanding with DJI.  Today I get a message from DJI telling me that my order will "likey ship in March".  Their message does not state which order is delayed.

If you look at all the items on my order TODAY, the web site says that the longest lead items is 20 days.  GIVE ME A BREAK!  Can't you just be honest in the first place and tell us the real lead times.

Here are my orders and the dates that DJI received them.

0019228246790   2016-12-29 22:15:03 (UTC)  I have received the batteries from this order. two other items are outstanding.  Credit card charged for full order.
0014668320229   2017-01-06 22:00:24 (UTC)  Credit card charged $1,429, received $30 worth of props, no date for the remaining item.
0012806161493   2017-01-20 09:27:20 (UTC)  Nothing has shipped
PLEASE put honest lead times on your web site.

Oh and by the way they asked me if I would like to cancel my order after I have already spent more than $8,500 Canadian for the Combo with them.  I also own an Inspire 1 Raw. and everthing to go with it.

All I am asking is that you be honest with us.  Treat your loyal customers with care.  REAL CARE!

Who's decision was it to by directly from DJI , yours or DJI's ?  seriously you own an Inspire 1 pro , is this your first time on this forum ??? you never read a thread about how much BS people go through to obtain anything early released direct from DJI...
I would never order a single prop from those guys, you people are so gullible...
Now wait till April or May, patience is the key lol

DJI's delays in shipping and inaccurate delivery estimates are well known - a simple google search reveals the pattern that has marked the past few generations of product.
The only way to satisfy your demands is to find a dealer with stock, purchase and walk out with the goods.

They will not change their ways in this matter, not until an alternative provider can do better and starts to erode market share.

Unexpected surges in purchase can cause issues with the estimated shipping times. I'll see what I can find out with the order numbers provided.
