I would like to charge the 2 transmitters at the same time with 1 stock charger.

Possibe to charge 2 TX at same time with Stock charger ?
Ofcourse need to change so i have 2 same plugs (parallel) for TX

No reason you can't push out 3800 ma/hr or 100 watts (P=IE) out of the charger into anything you want.

I would assume that the batteries in each device has charge rat limiting. I have noticed that the battery charging circuit appears to be on a timer. I have stopped the charge before the lights went out and found the battery already fully charged.
