Disgraceful. 4 weeks after sending P4P still not returned

I had the same Jeffy, I sent my faulty P4P back that was only a month old, 4 weeks went by and DJI replaced my faulty P4P with a faulty secondhand unit which I had to send back without even flying it, I have not had a drone I can fly for nearly 6 weeks and they have only just sent an email saying the second one I returned is now in the system, so I can kiss goodbye at least another 3 weeks of not having a drone I paid nearly £1700 for,!!!!!  I'm really not a happy man

You know its Chinese New Year and probably most employees are on vacation?
