OK Seems I've lost any video from my Phantom 3 Standard it can fly just can't see what camera should be showing can
anyone help me sometimes the camera will come on but can't take pictures or video

I am by no means an expert, in fact Im about as novice as you can get. If you can not find the simple solution and before sending it off for repairs, if you are comfortable to do so, check the gimbal ribbon. My gimbal suddenly quit working. Took the gimbal off and checked the internals and found that the ribbon was fried.

May sound obvious but you have taken off the lens cap haven't you?

Thanks I'll check but I can get the screen to come up but the menu does not respond to anything

Yes and not stupid question I guess a lot of people have did that lol

Try relinking you controller to your drone, Find It Here. .  Hope It works out for you!. Also try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if that makes any difference!

Could you please clarify what mobile device you are using?
Do you have another mobile device to test with?
