Please anyone at DJI: CANCEL my order # [size=1.4em]0011388500914I need my drone before february 10th, I have placed my order weeks ago on january, and no one on the chat support could give me a reason why is not deliverd yet, so please CANCEL MY ORDER NOW.

Horrible suport, they have charged my credit card the same day, but they did not respond to cancel the order because they never delivered it

Just go to website and press the BIG BLUE BUTTON (BBB) refund no need to come on here..

They will never respond here also, hope that new buyers read this post...

If you check on the status of your order at DJI's website, you should be able to cancel the order there.  Good luck getting a Mavic by the 10th, though.

nope, no cancel button on my order. And the chat support recognise this.

Could that be because it's already been cancelled and they're in the process of refunding your money?  Seems to take about 2-3 days for the refund to go through.

BTW, you might want to check Best Buy's website frequently.  They seem to get batches of Mavics without warning, and when they do, it's first come first serve (they don't take preorders).  That's how I got mine.

I use a desktop browser. It may well not be available on a mobile browser

However, most things DJI are available via the web. You just need to find them and have patience....
