If you check on the status of your order at DJI's website, you should be able to cancel the order there.  Good luck getting a Mavic by the 10th, though.

Could that be because it's already been cancelled and they're in the process of refunding your money?  Seems to take about 2-3 days for the refund to go through.

BTW, you might want to check Best Buy's website frequently.  They seem to get batches of Mavics without warning, and when they do, it's first come first serve (they don't take preorders).  That's how I got mine.

I use a desktop browser. It may well not be available on a mobile browser
