Hi, I sent my Mavic in last week to check out camera soft focus issue. I just got an email invoice for 1 hour of labor charge with a paypal link for payment.
Do I need to actually pay it or is this just DJI's way of keeping track of their labor?

If it's a lense defect shouldn't it be covered under guarantee instead of your first care refresh?
Yes, you're right. But the repair order indicates there's an impact, which might be a crash of some sort. I don't know the details of the analysis, it could be from flight record, or some physical signs on the drone.
