Just received my 3rd P4Pro. Same issue as the previous one. 4K 60fps if totally useless. Gimbal twitches in the middle of the clip when shooting in 4K 60fps. This is so F****** frustfrating. Can someone from DJI confirm either this is a hardware or firmware issue. There are a lot of people with the same issue.
Firmare is up to date. Gimbal is calibrated.
This drone is like a 2hours old.
Here´s the clip. The problem is visible around 00:27sec. This was filmed inside of my studio. I´ve checked the clip in Adobe Premiere Pro frame by frame and it´s clearly the gimbal which makes the sudden movement and ruins the clip.
I'm sorry you are experiencing difficulties.
Could you please provide me with your previous case number?
And could you please make some video when outdoors?

Thanks for the reply Mindy.
I don't have a case number since I returned it to dealer.
I'll shoot outside as soon as the weather is better.
But if you want to look at the clip which I shot with the previous one I can give a download link.
the same problem of my 3rd P4Pro and two others drones of my friends.
the frame jerking during 4k 60FPS video recording, with both auto and manual camera setting (iso:100 - f:2.8 - shutter 60). Fast micro sd Samsung pro and Sandisk extreme pro have been used, so that problems with the speed of writing can be excluded. The problem is random, in some videos it occurs less frequently every 40/50 seconds, while in others it occurs something like every 20/25 seconds. The jerking prolem during photo shooting is less noticeable. After that three drones have been replaced, two friends of mine with drones that have the same problem, and many users that on the official forum have the same problem of frame jerking I believe that the problem is widespread and common. Dji’s engineers have some solution abouit it?

UPDATE: I´ve made 3 test flights outside and i didn´t see any problems with 4k 60FPS. I´ve checked the clips multiple times.
However, i´ve faced another problem. The drone doesn´t fly straight at all. It drifts badly to the right when i try to fly straight.
Sometimes it´s little bit better but overall the drifting is quite bad.
I have done the IMU calibration after first test flight outside. Software asked me to do it. I made it in flat surface. After that i´ve made the compass and RC calibration.
It still drifts to the right.
All the sensors are green. I always check them before take off.

Did you try RC stick calibration? Maybe the RC control stick is sticking.
