The remote controller will only charge until 76-80% only. Have tried various methods as written in forum and none work.

So I came upon this method who call for resetting the rc,

So after trying it, the remote will not connect to DJI GO4 on both my iphone 6s and andriod phone anymore. I have tried other iphone and andriod devices and still same cannot connect.

Please help!

I made a mistake in the calibration step, I press playback button instead of shutter button in the first step. Did the right step and now I got my DJI Go app connection back. But the charging issue still remain. It will not charge to 100%.
