Dji has had my Mavic for a week now and today I got an email stating they are just now evaluating it for exchange. Does anyone know how long this takes? I can not get a straight answer from support. It's been almost a month since it first was delivered over a week on line and on the phone with tech support. They told me it was defective and would be replaced.
This is really poor service
I just want what I paid for, a working Mavic.
