Anyone know where I can get a black shell replacement for the Black edition from Best Buy?

I'd contact DJI support directly. Seems those black ones were like red headed stepchildren, I know when they were released they wouldn't sell DJI Care on them either. That may have changed. Option also would be to buy a white one and paint it.

Surely you should refer to them as "Non-White shells of Best Buy origin"?

It'll be the same as the Chinese NY Edition - unlikely to have replacement parts (although the NY edition was released by DJI). Perhaps simply spray paint a white shell? Matt Black would be cool too.

The Support Centers would have parts for the P4 Black to perform repairs.

That's good to hear Jamie. As this forum was advised that DJI don't offer Care for the Best Buy Edition, I assumed that meant no black parts. I shouldn't jump to conclusions so fast, it seems...

DJI doesn't offer DJI Care for the extra insurance, but it still has a manufacturer's warranty to it. For the most part, it would be the repair centers that would be able to take care of this special additions cosmetically. The internals are the same as the standard versions.

Yes, it's just the shell that's ultimately the difference between the P4 and the P4 Black.

Although it was initially true you could not purchase DJI Care for the Phantom 4 black model sold through Best Buy, this was temporary. The cause was the website not recognizing the serial numbers of the units. That has since been resolved and it is possible to purchase DJI Care, I did.
