I have SSD's and Prores but no 5.2K option shows.

I was on the undertanding from DJI that 5.2k is supported?

Which version of G04 are you running? I just checked and I don't have the 2.44:1 -- 5.2k option either, but I swear it was there last week. Controller autoupdated to the latest version of Go4 a few days ago. There are rumored to be a number of changes coming to PR in the next firmware update, currently in a closed beta.

Thanks Barry. It's all packed away again now but DJI 110% say it supports 5.2k in all the stuff I have read.

But, No options for it showing.

Could you happen to clarify what resolutions are you trying to record in?

Hi Jamie,

In the DJI marketing for the 240Gb and 480gb SSD it lists a 5280 x 2160 version of ProRes. That resolution is currently not showing up as an option in GO4. The only ProRes option available is UHD 3840x2160.

Do you have one of those SSDs, both the smaller version?  Do you not see the options at all or is it just grayed out?

I too am not allowed to shoot pro-res in 5.2k.   There is no greyed out option....it is simply not listed.  422 and 4444 only allow 3840x2160

I have the 240gb SSD. There is only one resolution option showing for ProRes 3840x2160, nothing is greyed out.

here are my 2 options for I2 X5S with 480GB ssd

16:9 CDNG 5280x2972    or    2.44:1 422HQ 5280x2160

If you switch to 2.44.1, then the 5.2K option should appear.

It does. That is what I was trying to say. These are my two options for 5.2K

Here is the list that should be available but is not......

4K: 4096×2160, 3840×2160
23.976/24/25/29.97p, up to 2.4Gbps
4K: 4096×2160, 3840×2160
50/59.94p, up to 4.0Gbps

Apple ProRes
5.2K: 5280×2160
23.976/24/25/29.97p, 422 HQ @1.3Gbps
4K: 3840×2160
23.976/24/25/29.97p, 422 HQ @900Mbps
4K: 3840×2160

No combo of options on the settings get all the setting they say are available.
If you a have a ssd card less than the  the 480 you will not be able get many if any options, they are only available if you use the 480 ssd.
I have the 480 card and am having the same issues as others above.
I spent an hr on the phone with some guy who knew nothing about it, oh let ask, oh let me ask, why not put the person they are asking on the phone...... DJI support is useless.
