I bought a p3p new in box sealed 3rd party. took it out of box activated it but found it has a decective controller
And there is no video signal/ transmission

How about returning it to the 3rd party as they took your money ?

Without an original receipt from a authorised dealer / reseller DJI will not warrant the drone.
