going with litchi. can't fly with the new mandatory go app because of the nasty video lag and constant remote control weak errors that never used to be there. crap app. thanks alot dji.

My  smartphone had video lag but it was my own problem. Cleared the cache in the smartphone and no more laggy video.

After reading this I just put a new thread up.

Mine went the same after the update so I switched languages in my device from UK English to English us this was on a iPad all seems to be fine now

What mobile device you're using to connect the remote?
Please help confirm APP version and aircraft model.

I'm having constant DJI Go 4 app crashes with the Shield K1 now. Gonna go back to Litchi to see how that goes. Haven't used it since last year with a P3P though.

Might just be your device and the app having an issue. My tablet works as normal with the new version. Did you clear the cache, you can also turn off video cache in the settings. I have Litchi also, think both work well. But on the subject of lag, for me the Go app is a bit better than Litchi.

Do you mean that you cleared the phone cache from the GO APP or from the phone's menu?

Can't hurt to do both, cache takes up memory in either case. And as I was saying in my post, try turning off the video cache option in the Go app settings, that saves on processor power.

I cleared the phone's cache, the apps cache is different.
