Hi,

I'm trying to upgrade firmware for DJI Phantom 4.
I just download and install DJI+Assistant+2+1.0.9.exe on my PC. I did a restart on the PC system as well just in case.

My PC system only see SD card. The back has light yellow light flashing fast when I turn on my aircraft. The front is solid red.
Battery is on two bar.

How come I cannot see Phantom 4 in DJI Assitant 2 once login?

I had this problem with assist 2.1.08 and tried every thing to get it to work ,what worked for me was to install the earlier edition of assist 1.07 this worked with my P4 I then upgraded to 108 then 109 and have had no problems  since ,maybe try this , I will see if I can find the link for 107 for you

You could try a different USB cable - I had connection issues and it turned out to be cable related, the one that didn't work, worked fine for other things.

How would it be a USB cable issue if I it can recognize the SD from the Phantom 4? Thanks.
