Hi all, I wonder if you may help me?

I just want to know if i amordering an ipad mini3 for my inspire 1 do we need a wifi signal or cellular signal when using the app for everythingto work correctly? or could i order the cheaper ipad mini and turn the wifi offin theory?

I have just taken delivery and seem to be having trouble connecting, but am not in a wifi signal.

Neither.  You need to connect via USB and Lightning cable.  I ONLY have the Wifi version on the Mini for use a home
