I bought my Lightbridge based on the fact that 480p was supported. Turns out 480p is only partially supported. When can we expect the firmware update to provide OSD over 480p?

Anyone have an answer?

I think it would be very helpful to many of us Lightbridge users to know when the next firmware is scheduled for release. Same applies for the iOS app. Many of us can't use the Lightbridge right now because of these limitations. We can only be so patient in waiting for these fixes.

Now can I use my GoPro 4 black in 4k resolution with lightbridge???

Now about that iOS app...

Tested this out. A very temperamental and dangerous combination (P2/Lightbridge/GH4). Although it works now, the GH4 keeps getting stuck from time to time and video feed is lost. GH4 has to be removed from the gimbal and the battery pulled out to restart. I have abandoned this option for good and gone back to the GH3+. Guess will have to move on to Inspire or Phantom 3 for 4K video.

Did some further testing and using the GH4 with the HDMI output on the ground side seems to be working well. Problems crop up when using the USB output on a tablet. Also it appears that when the micro-usb is plugged into the GH4 on the air side to power the GH4, the GH4 tends to hang from time to time. A better option is charge the GH4 independently and tape the micro usb to rear of the gimbal (using an H3-3d gimbal with a counter balancing weight). It may work well with the H4-3D.
