As I started up to fly the google map is not working, it just shows the grey colored grid and when i click on it i can pan around, but there is no map still just the grid. Even when I take off and fly the arrow for the drone location doesnt move, and it still is just the grid. Any ideas on how to fix this problem???

Im running the lastest software and app verizon.

     A few app updates ago, DJI changed map provider.  Google Earth is no longer the provider.  https://wego.here.com/ is now the provider and there appear to be some problems.  Depending on circumstances it can work but mostly it takes a long time for the maps to download.

     Maybe we should just say that this is a good time for us to practice flying without satellite accurate maps.  They do provide good street maps, but then we are not really supposed to be flying over people and streets.  If you look at the web site I provided you will be able to see that the Here maps are quite good, there just appears to be a problem with the downloads to our devices.
