I was told that you now need a drone license flying in Shanghai? Where do I get that one and is it possible to have the course in English ?

I did it already with some help. Has made absolutely no difference to my flying and no one has followed up anything with me about it. I don't think it is anything but a suggestion right now -especially with the under 7kg class of drones.
