Hey guys i ve been flying the 4 pro plus now for about a month ,and ive had one or two hairy moments lol and i cant bear the thought of losing this piece into a pond or 300 foot tree line ,thing is can i purchase the care pack as a kinda insurance just in case even after ive been an owner or is it a buy drone buy care pack same day purchase.

Yes, you can buy DJI Care after your Phantom has been activated. You'll need to provide a video showing all is in working order. See this link for more details.

The policy will not cover the repair/replacement if you're not able to recover your Phantom.

If you are able to recover your aircraft then your aircraft that suffers water damage can be replaced under DJI Care Refresh.
