On my first flight I set the video setting at 1280x72 24fps, the sim card play back on my computer was ok nice and smooth. The second flight I set the video setting at 1080p-1920-1080 30fps, the playback was very jerky. It was also jerky on 4k settings. What am I doing wrong?.
It means you computer is not up to the task of playing back 1920 x 1080 reliably. You might try downloading a free copy of VLC Player and see if it handles it better.

Thanks will try that, maybe even get an upgrade on my computer
It might be necessary. Unfortunately it is so easy to buy a 4K camera these days, but no-one tells you your computer may not be poweful enough to play back what it shoots.
