Is there any evidence, or have members genuinely experienced stress  cracks from the use of carbon props?  I am interested in finding out, if  under normal flying conditions, the stiffer carbon props place undue  stress on the arms of the drones (i have a p4p).

Rough landings, rapid accelerations and decelerations could contribute  and i understand that, i am more interested in nromal, uneventful flying  conditions where it is primarliy the effect of the props that would  cause them, if at all.

Thanks

Related topic so I hope I'm not intruding, but do any sort of reinforcement plates exist for the motor mounts?

My buddy got a prop guard set that has little plates that bolt on using the motors mounting hardware. I'm sure that helps distribute the load and stress. It's just a bit bulky looking. A nice sleek aluminum piece would be great. Maybe I'll tinker with making one, I have access to machining tools.
