I have received this message a few times right after startup on my Phantom 4. The Gimbal seems to work fine but has a squeak at the end of the initial startup sequence. The squeak last for approximately 1/2 seconds. There is no visible shake when flying but I get that message on the DJI GO app after I turn the Phantom battery on. Any ideas what this is and how it can be resolved? Thanks.

May I know the firmware version for your aircraft? Please upgrade it to the latest, it will be fine, and the situation you described is normal, it will not affect the aircraft's performance, no worries.
