DJI Care Refresh took about two weeks, but felt like a month. I emailed and chatted with support everyday to ask for updates. I'm not sure if it helped any.
I'll be back in the air soon!

It's normal to take about 2 weeks for the process,  very glad to hear you received the drone, hope you enjoy the flight and looking forward the beautiful pictures and videos.
