Hello All,
    The purpose of this post is to get everyone on one thread that has had, or is having camera problems after firmware update 1.0.0240.  This will help DJI to look over all of our problems and also bring visibility to how many people have the issue.  If we're all scattered in different posts, it will make it harder for DJI to track.  Here is what you do.

1.  Post your problem (ex - Camera buzzes, doesn't move, doesn't pan, etc)
2.  Post your video
3.  Post your troubleshooting
4.  Post how DJI is resolving it (ex - ticket, status, etc)

Here is mine.

1.  Camera no long moves and is stuck with upward pan in Go App 4

3.  If you play around with the RC wheel enough, it will unstick and continue normal operation.  Resetting the camera and doing a gimbal calibration has not fixed it.  Reseating the camera has not fixed it.  I looked at the pins of both the camera and the aircraft, and they are in pristine condition (they should be.... only 3 flights on this)........ Oh, and I did test on two separate devices (iPhone 7 plus and ipad 4).  Same issue.  I refreshed the firmware and same issue.
4. Camera is being sent in for service.
