Two questions:

1. the automatic caching of fotos and videos seem to be off. how can I turn it on again? I am on Android.

2. when I am transferring data from mavic to PC through the cable, do i need to take the gimbal clamp off? I suppose so?

1 - This under IOS maybe it is the sane with Android. Go to GENERAL SETTINGS  and under VIDEO CACHE slide or click to turn ON.

2- You ALWAYS have to take the plastci clamp before you TURN the MAVIC PRO ON. ALWAYS!!!!
