Sorry to hear that StevenQUY! Hopefully if you have Care Refresh (Mavic Pro) DJI support can probably assist since you have no clue what happened. Make sure you have your order number ready and you're very DETAILED on what went on before the incident so that they can get you the proper help. DETAILED! Just sending pictures isn't going to do much on DJI support side. They might just pass you along to other DJI support team members in their facility till someone is up for the challenge in figuring out how the hell did that happen, lol?! The more you write, the less the emails back and forth in resolving your matter. Get straight to the point when they contact you for details. Hopefully, this is some kind of encouragement StevenQUY.

Since you're from Vietnam, you might want to use google translate and keep it handy when DJI Support investigate on knowing what happened.

Sorry to hear about the issue with your DJI Product. Did you get in touch with our tech support at support@dji.com?
It's better to send it in for further diagnosis and repair.

Appears to be damage to the ribbon as well as the camera cable case.  Boo-boo
