the latest app version has rendered my samsung note 4 as unoperational.  Whenever I try and start the app it just shuts back off as unresponsive.

Any suggestions?

You have the latest android system for your Samsung, right?
Please try to delete the APP then install it again, everything is connected properly when you're trying to run the APP? Is there any information such as "APP stops working" on the screen?
